Bryan focuses his practice on general corporate law matters, providing legal advice to both individual and corporate clients. He counsels clients with respect to contract issues, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring transactions and venture capital financings, including representation of limited partnerships in connection with syndicated private placements. Bryan also has experience advising clients generally on protecting intellectual property, real estate lease transactions, distributor and dealer arrangements, dispute resolution, employment and other corporate-related matters.
