Patricia focuses her practice on real estate transactions, both commerical and residential, and lender representation.  She has a title insurance background and has worked with sellers, buyers and lenders in purchase and sale transactions of properties, including hospitals, apartment complexes, office buildings and shopping centers.  Her experience includes providing legal counsel to coprorate and individual clients on issues such as partnership agreements, loan documentation, commercial real estate transactions and contract negotiations.
